We had a great weekend in Perham at Grandstay. The lobby, breakfast area, halls and room were very clean. The employee who helped with breakfast was welcoming and offered many choices. We left an important item behind and the front desk was accommodating and ensured it was in safe keeping until we could retrieve it. We are very satisfied and would recommend staying here. We stay at many hotels, none nearly as clean and welcoming as the Grandstay in Perham. Many thanks!
We've used GrandStay hotels in a few places now and have enjoyed each one. This one has a nice grocery store and coffee shop within easy walking distance. The only minor annoyance was the train whistle I occasionally heard but it never bothered me at night.
Stay here often for work reasons. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and staff is outstanding!

We went to the Perham "Gathering" and Detroit Lakes Trolls. We celebrated our 13 year old Grandson's birthday. We had a wonderful time and our stay at the hotel was lovely. Pool and whirlpool were great for relaxing and enjoying. Staff was super helpful. Thanks for a great experience!
Very thoughtful, caring, attentive staff. Excellent job of catering to our special needs and requests. The complimentary breakfast was OK, but nothing particularly special or memorable.
My daughter stayed there for 3nights and 4 days. The hotel was very clean and the room was large and clean. The staff were so kind to her,helpful, and would visit with her when I was gone. I was so grateful. Thank you to all.
